We want you to love your VALENXIA crystals, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please review our return policy below.

🔄 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All packaging (including pouches, tags, cards) must be included.

  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable.

Note: Due to the natural and energetic nature of crystals, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used, worn, or energetically charged.

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original item and place a new order separately.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

If the product arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
