Each crystal is energetically cleansed and lovingly packed before being shipped.

🚚 How long does delivery take?

We currently ship to EU countries and the United States.
Standard delivery time is approximately 10–12 business days.
Delays may occur due to holidays or customs processing.

🧾 Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped, so you can monitor its journey to you.

💔 Can I return my order if I’m not satisfied?

Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

🧘 How do I cleanse my crystals at home?

All crystals are pre-cleansed before shipping, but you can continue to recharge and care for them at home using:

  • Moonlight bathing

  • Palo santo or sage smoke

  • Crystal clusters (e.g., clear quartz beds)
